Receta Shish Kabob With Seasoned Rice

- Assemble to meat, tomatoes and green pepper in alternating fashion on shish-kabob skewers. 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 1/4 c. diced green pepper 2 tbsp. minced parsley 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. lowfat milk 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Prepare brown rice according to directions, omitting butter. Combine mayonnaise and seasonings; add in rice and mushrooms; toss lightly. Spoon rice mix into baking dish; place shish-kabob skewers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min, turning skewers several times while baking. Serves 4 to 6 people.
