Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lbs. lamb or possibly beef
  • Green peppers, cut in 1" squares
  • Small tomatoes (cherry, if available)
  • Large mushrooms
  • Tiny onions

  1. Cut meat in 2" squares and soak in marinade (recipe below) for several hrs, the longer the better. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Place skewers 3 to 4 inches apart over charcoal fire. Turn frequently. Brush occasionally with marinade. Cook 15 to 20 min.
