Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. raisins, optional
  • 1 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar; blend in egg yolk, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Stir in flour, raisins and nuts. Roll in small balls, slightly press down. Bake on greased sheet pan for 10-12 min at 400 degrees. Coat with powdered sugar if you like. Can use chocolate chips instead of raisins. Freezes well.
