Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Bisquick(TM) Baking Mix
  • 1/4 c. Soft Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Boiling Water

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 450 deg. In small mixing bowl or possibly 9 inch pie pan, combine Bisquick and butter. Add in water; stir vigorously with fork till dough forms a ball and cleans the bowl. Dough will be puffy and soft. With floured fingers and heel of hand, pat dough proportionately into 9 inch pie pan, bringing up dough to edge of pan. Flute edge if you like. Bake 8 to 10 min. Cold.
  2. NOTES : Makes a soft, rich cookie-like crust. Use for pie shells, tarts and meat pies.
