Ingredientes

  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  •     Lemon rind

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat. Put in large casserole. Brown onions in pan. Add in: Bring ingredients to boil. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.
  2. Turn meat in juice during baking. Drain 2 cans of butter beans. Add in beans to casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
