Ingredientes

  • 3 pound short ribs
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Fat for browning
  • Salt & pepper as desired
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. burgundy or possibly other red wine

Direcciones

  1. Cut ribs into 3 or possibly 4 inch long sections and brown in a skillet. Place in crock pot and add in all remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
