Receta Shortcake

Ingredientes

2 c. flour 2 teaspoon sugar

3 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

1. Mix together. Cut in 1/2 c. butter; beat 1 egg and add in to 2/3 c. lowfat milk. Mix all ingredients and drop from spoon. Makes 8-10 shortcakes. Use like baking pwdr biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 min.
