Ingredientes

  • 1 x Chicken cut into peices
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  •     sliced ginger root (use as much or possibly as little as you like)

Direcciones

  1. Place cut up chicen parts in pot. Add in marinade to cover. Bring to boil and reduce heat to a simmer and cook until chicken is tender. Serve with white rice. Remove ginger slices from marinade and thicken with a little rice flour and pour over rice.
