Ingredientes

  • 3 to 5 pound chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. mochiko (sweet rice flour)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. green onion, minced fine
  • 1 sm. clove garlic, minced fine
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Direcciones

  1. Remove bones from thighs. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hrs or possibly as long as overnight. Fry or possibly bake in 350 degree over 1 hour or possibly till brown.
