Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Belly pork including ribs and skin
  • 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 x 2-inch piece ginger root crushed
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 dsh Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cut pork into 2 x 1-inch pcs. In a saucepan, brown pork on medium heat.
  2. Add in garlic and ginger; cook a few min longer. Add in soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Lower heat, cover, and cook pork, turning pcs every 20 to 30 min. Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till pork is tender.
  3. Makes 6servings.
