Shredded Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. hash browns
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken or possibly mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Thaw potatoes. Toss with onions and butter. Blend cheese, lowfat sour cream, soup, salt and pepper. Put in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Cover with 2 c. crushed corn flakes, potato chips or possibly crackers tossed with 1/4 c. melted butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Remove lid and bake another 25 min or possibly till done.
