Ingredientes

  • 4 lg. all-purpose potatoes, pared
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 sm. onion, grated
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Shred potatoes onto a towel; squeeze dry. Place in large bowl; stir in Large eggs, onion, flour and salt.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Drop potato mix by scant 1/2 cupfuls into skillet; flatten each to about 4 inch round. Cook till golden, about 4 min. Turn, cook on other side till golden brown, about 4 min.
