Receta Shredded Wheat Bread

- Dissolve yeast in hot water with 1 tsp. sugar. Let stand.
- Pour boiling water over shredded wheat crumbs. Add in butter, salt, honey and remaining sugar. Let stand till lukewarm. Add in flour till dough is smooth. Knead.
- Let rise in a greased bowl till double in bulk. Punch down and knead then divide in half. Shape into loaves. Let rise till double in bulk in greased bread pans. Bake at 425 for 15 min, then 375, 30 min. Brush with butter to make golden brown. Cold before slicing.
