Ingredientes

  •     1 1/2 lb loaf:
  • 2 x shredded wheat(r) biscuits
  • 11 x fluid ounces boiling water 1 c. plus 3 Tbsp.
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 c. bread flour or possibly unbleached flour
  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. gluten flour
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Crumble shredded wheat biscuits into bread machine pan. Add in honey and boiling water, stir and let stand 20 to 30 min, till lukewarm.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients in order recommended by bread machine manufacturer. Set controls for regular or possibly basic bread.
