Ingredientes

  • 8 ounces cooked Linguini
  • 1 -lb xtra large Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cp rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tbls sesame oil divided
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 5 cups of Vidalia Onions cut in wedges
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 diced hot pepper
  • 2tsp cornstarch for thickening

Direcciones

  1. in a bowl combine soy sauce,vinegar ,sesame oil ,1 tsp of minced garlic,and fresh ginger
  2. on a sheet pan ,place Vidalia onions and peppers brush with soy sauce mixture ,place in 375 degree oven cook till soft and glazed
  3. remove to bowl.
  4. In a large frypan add 2 tbls sesame oil add shrimp cook till pink ,add remaining soy sauce mixture add jalapeno stir in cornstarch till thickened ,add onion,peppers and pasta heat through ..Serve with
