Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb unpeeled medium-size fresh shrimp
  • 1 bot Italian salad dressing - (8 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp dry crushed red pepper
  • 8 x boiling onions
  • 16 sm fresh mushrooms
  • 2 sm zucchini cut 1" pcs
  • 1 lrg sweet red pepper cut 1" pcs

Direcciones

  1. Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact; devein, if you like.
  2. Combine salad dressing and next 3 ingredients in a large shallow dish; add in shrimp, stirring gently to coat. Cover shrimp, and marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  3. Parboil onions 5 min; drain well, and set aside. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade. Bring marinade to a boil over high heat; remove from heat, and set aside.
  4. Alternate shrimp and vegetables on eight 12-inch skewers. Grill, uncovered, over medium-warm coals (350 400 degrees) 3 to 4 min on each side or possibly till shrimp turn pink, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
