Ingredientes

  • 4 ounces Large Shrimp (deveined, no shells, tail tips on)
  • 2 fresh limes, juice, cut wedges from half of one
  • one half fresh avocado cut into chunks
  • one Roma Tomato, diced
  • Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • one teaspoon salt and black pepper
  • Dash of Canola Oil

Direcciones

  1. Mixed all ingredients into a mixing bowl, stir
  2. Divide all ingredients evenly between two stemmed vessels (cups)
  3. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator several hours before serving
  4. Enjoy!
