Shrimp & Black Bean Wrap

Ingredientes

  • 2 Flour Tortillas (8")
  • 4 ounces Medium Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup cooked Black Beans
  • 1 Diced Roma Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon juice only

Direcciones

  1. Cook in salted boiling water the medium shrimp, 3 minutes, drain
  2. In a mixing bowl add cooked shrimp, black beans, diced tomatoes and gently stir
  3. Lay Flour Tortillas on a clean work surface, in a ramekin add sour cream and lemon juice stir to mix, coat the interior surface of tortilla with mixture leaving a 1/2" border, add shrimp/black bean mixture, tomatoes, roll tortillas up, cut in half and enjoy!
