Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Diced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. Thinly sliced celery
  • 1 x Chopped garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 1/4 c. (18oz) tomato juice
  • 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed marjoram
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 1/2 lb Cooked shrimp (3 c.)
  •     RICE WHEAT GERM RING

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry' onion, green pepper, celery & garlic in butter over low heat till tender but not browned, about 15 min. Stir in tomato juice & sauce, sugar, salt & marjoram; heat thoroughly. Combine cornstarch & water, stir into tomato mix & cook 3-5 min till thickened.
  2. Stir in shrimp; heat mix to serving temperature. Fill center of Rice Wheat Germ Ring with shrimp & sauce; pour remaining sauce over ring. Serve immediately.
