Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Frzn Crab Meat, thawed, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1 sm can Tiny Alaskan Shrimp, liquid removed
  • 12 x Dessert Crepes
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Swiss or possibly Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 c. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 x Onions, finely minced
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Sherry
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  •     Salt - to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd Black Pepper - to taste
  •     Paprika

  1. Cooking Time: 30 Min
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly grease a large baking dish. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, saute/fry mushrooms and onion in butter or possibly margarine; stir in flour and ( teaspoon salt, then cook and stir over medium heat (1-2 min). Add in lowfat milk, and stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil till thickened. Gently stir in tiny Shrimp, Crab Meat and sherry; add in salt and freshly grnd pepper, to taste, then remove from heat source.
  3. Place about 2 Tbsp. Shrimp/Crab filling on each crepe and roll up; place each crepe seam-side down in baking dish and bake (15 to 20 min). Top each crepe with cheese, then return to oven and bake (10 min longer), or possibly till cheese melts; sprinkle lightly with paprika, if you like, before serving.
