- Defrost shrimp, lobster, and crab; drain. Heat butter in Dutch oven. Stir in flour, salt, paprika, and pepper till smooth. Gradually stir in cream, mixing till smooth. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
- Add in wine, lobster, shrimp and crab meat. Stir gently till combined. Cook over low heat till heated through. Serve over white rice. Serves 12. Can be frzn or possibly prepared a day or possibly two in advance.
