Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. finely minced cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c. finely minced celery
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. boiling water
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce

Direcciones

  1. Peel, devein and chop the shrimp and celery. Set these 2 things aside. Then, in a large bowl, cream the cheese and mayonnaise together. Add in the gelatin and seasonings; add in celery and shrimp. Blend well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-qt mold and refrigerateseveral hrs. Serve with your favorite crackers. May be wrapped and frzn.
