Receta Shrimp Or Chicken Lo Mein

- Combine: 1 tbsp. soy 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Cook spaghetti; drain. Rinse well with cool water.
- In wok, saute/fry scallions, ginger, garlic for 1 or possibly 2 min.
- Add in bok choy. Saute/fry 2 or possibly 3 min.
- Add in mushrooms. Remove all of the above and set aside.
- Saute/fry shrimp or possibly chicken till done (3 min).
- Add in vegetables and spaghetti. Heat through and add in sauce ingredients which have already been combined.
- Heat through and serve.
