Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 pound cooked & prepared shrimp or possibly 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 2 pods crushed garlic
  • 1 cubed potato
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 quart. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook onion, celery and garlic in the butter. Blend in the flour; add in lowfat milk and seasonings. Stir till thickened, then add in shrimp or possibly crabmeat and potato. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve with croutons.
