Ingredientes

  •     OZBURN
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 lb Large shrimp -- cleaned
  • 8 med Tomatoes -- peeled and
  •     Diced
  • 3/4 lb Margarine
  • 56 ounce CRUSHED tomatoes -- canned
  • 8 ounce Mozzarella -- grated
  •     cn And add in the
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr

  1. 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr 1 Tbsp. Pepper 5 ounces Parmesan cheese - grated 3/4 Tbsp. Salt 16 ounces Marinara sauce 2 Tbsp. Basil; dry - if you can bought or possibly fresh - use 4 tbsp DELI MARINARA minced 5 medium Garlic cloves - crushed 1 bn Parsley - minced 1 c. Onions - finely choppe
  2. Place shrimp in a large baking dish; heat margarine and pour over shrimp; spread mozzarella proportionately over shrimp; sprinkle with garlic/onion powders and Parmesan; cover with marinara sauce; cook in a preheated 400F oven for 15 to 20 min.
  3. MARINARA SAUCE DIRECTIONS: Saute/fry garlic and onions till soft; add in the diced tomatoes and cook 5 min; add in the crushed tomatoes, water and seasoning; simmer on low for 1 hour. Add in parsley and adjust seasoning.
  4. Note: Add in a bit of sugar if the fresh tomatoes were not ripe sufficient.
