Ingredientes

  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled
  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1 c. sun-dry tomatoes, soaked and minced
  • 1 bn parsley, minced
  • 8 ounce clam juice
  • 6 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 x lemon, juiced

Direcciones

  1. Cook the pasta till hard, drain and toss in a little extra virgin olive oil so it doesn't stick together...set aside. Have all the other ingredients ready to go for when it's.
  2. Showtime: Heat the butter and oil, and sauteethe garlic for about 3 min in a large skillet or possibly wok. Toss in the shrimp, and cook till pink. Throw in the pasta, clam juice, lemon, tomatoes, parsley, and stir till heated throughout.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste, serve with a light salad and wonderful bread, and call it dinner. This is great for an intimate dinner because you're only in the kitchen for 10 min!
