Ingredientes

  • Pastry
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 ounce. grated Monterey Jack
  • 12 ounce. grated Jarlsberg cheese
  • 1 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
  • 4 med. tomatoes
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chives
  • 3 lg. cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp. melted butter
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Line a 10 inch pie pan with pastry. For filling, beat mayonnaise, egg, yolks, cheeses, shrimp and tomatoes. Saute/fry onion, green pepper in butter and add in salt, pepper, basil, parsley, chives and garlic. Add in sauteed vegetables to mayonnaise and egg mix mix. Pour into unbaked crust. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, butter and paprika. Bake 450 degrees 10 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 to 45 min.
