Receta Shrimp Provencal

- Place 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in large frying pan. Add in garlic and onion and saute/fry 1 minute. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into pan. Place rest of lemon in pan also. Add in tomato puree, broth, and white wine. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in fresh parsley.
- Simmer covered 15 min. Remove lemon. Heat 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in other frying pan. Add in raw shrimp and cook just till shrimps turns pink, turning once. Add in brandy to shrimp. Add in sauce mix to the shrimps. Serve with pasta or possibly rice.
