Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Shrimp
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 2 x Celery ribs, minced
  •     Garlic to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. Rice, cooked
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3/4 c. Cheese, grated
  •     Green pepper rings

Direcciones

  1. Boil shrimp and peel, devein, and cut into bite sized pcs. Saute/fry onion, celery, and garlic in butter. Don't brown. Add in soup, lemon juice, and seasoning. Mix in rice and shrimp. Then mix in lowfat sour cream and pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and decorate with pepper rings. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
