Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. shrimp
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 4 hard-boiled Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 2 tbsp. ea. minced purple onion, green pepper and minced sweet pickle
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Boil shrimp for 5 min. Drain, rinse in cool water and clean (1 1/2 pounds of frzn shrimp may be used). Mix mayonnaise, ketchup; add in grated Large eggs, celery, onion, green pepper, pickle, garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste; add in shrimp. Store salad in refrigerator for at least 4 hrs. It can keep up to 4 days. Serve in lettuce leaves or possibly tomato c.. Serves 6-8.
