Ingredientes

  • 2 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4-1 pound salad shrimp
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/3 c. minced pimento-stuffed olives
  • Generous dash warm pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Direcciones

  1. In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cool water to soften. Place over low heat. Heat, stirring till gelatin is dissolved. Stir in soup.
  2. Meanwhile, gradually stir mayonnaise into cream cheese till smooth. Add in soup mix and remaining ingredients. Pour into oiled 6 c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard. Makes about 5 c., 10-12 servings.
