Shrimp & Scallop Linguini

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound lg. shrimp, shelled
  • 1 lg. red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. dry leaf basil
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices (garnish)
  • 1 handful snow peas
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 11 ounce. linguini, cooked & liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in large skillet, saute/fry garlic 1 minute. Add in shrimp, scallops, red pepper slices, snow peas, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Saute/fry 2 to 3 min till shrimp are tender. Serve over linguini. Garnish with lemon slices and sprig of parsley. Serves 6.
