- In large skillet, heat butter; stir in turmeric. Add in rice, onion and garlic. Cook about 3 min till onion is translucent/soft. Pour in broth mix; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 min. Add in scallops, shrimp and peas. Simmer covered for 5 min longer or possibly till scallops are opaque, shrimp turn pink and peas are heated. Taste and season. 4 servings. 390 calories per serving.
