Receta Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa

Ingredientes

  • Shrimp Tacos
  • 16-20 uncooked shrimp (about a pound), peeled and deveined
  • 1-2 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2- 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Combine shrimp with seasonings, sugar, and salt. Mix till all shrimp are well coated. Saute shrimp in olive oil for about 3 minutes or till pink.
  • Mango Salsa (from my friend Heidi at Honeybear Lane)
  • 1-2 mangoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup finely diced white onion
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
