Receta Shrimp Tortellini

Very EASY, FAST & YUMMY recipe for the family! Serve with a caesar salad & garlic bread.
Side note: Fresh spinach leaves (1-2 cups) can be substituted for the broccoli. Also, 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced & browned in a skillet) can be substituted for the shrimp.

- Peel & devein shrimp and set aside. Cook the tortellini by following the package directions; drain and set aside. In a big skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add in the shrimp, onion, garlic, broccoli and basil. Saute/stir for about 5 minutes. Add tortellini, tomato and parmesan cheese; toss; season with salt and pepper if desired, then serve.
