Receta Shrimp With Cilantro Lime Butter

- In a small mixing bowl, combine and mix together all butter ingredients. Butter can be kept refrigerated for several days.
- In a heavy saute/fry pan over medium heat, add in two Tbsp. of the cilantro-lime butter. Heat the mix till it is warm, but not burning.
- Add in shrimp, and cook for three min on each side. Add in 3 Tbsp. of the butter mix and cook till the butter has melted and is warm.
- Serve over white rice.
