Shrimp With Cilantro Lime Butter

Ingredientes

  • 12 lrg raw shrimp cleaned, deveined
  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced cilantro
  •     Zest of 1 Lime
  •     Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 pch dry mustard
  • 1 pch chili pwdr

Direcciones

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine and mix together all butter ingredients. Butter can be kept refrigerated for several days.
  2. In a heavy saute/fry pan over medium heat, add in two Tbsp. of the cilantro-lime butter. Heat the mix till it is warm, but not burning.
  3. Add in shrimp, and cook for three min on each side. Add in 3 Tbsp. of the butter mix and cook till the butter has melted and is warm.
  4. Serve over white rice.
