Receta Similkameen Peach Cobbler With Bee Pollen And Stevia Crust, With Sea Cucumber Garnish

- Put the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, bee pollen and stevia together in a bowl.
- Add in the butter in pcs.
- Using your hands rub together the butter and dry mix till all the butter has been added.
- Similkameen Peach Cobbler:Mix together peaches, stevia, bee pollen, cinnamon, butter, lemon juice and cornstarch.
- Put in an ovenproof dish (approximately 10" x 5" x 2" deep), and fill to no more than 1" from the top.
- Cover proportionately with the bee pollen and stevia crust.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 min till the filling starts to bubble and the crust turns golden. Garnish with BC Candied Sea Cucumber.
- BC Candied Sea Cucumber:Add in all ingredients to a small pot and cook on medium heat for approximately 20 min or possibly till mix has a syrup consistency.
- Pull out sea cucumber and reserve on parchment paper till needed for garnish on cobbler.
