Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
  • mini chocolate chips
  • 3 tbs melted butter
  • 1 egg white
  • confectioner's sugar
  • sliced almonds

Direcciones

  1. Unroll and flatten dough; separate into triangles. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoon mini chocolate chips on each triangle. Roll each triangle into crescent shape and place on ungreased cookie sheet.In small bowl, add in 2 teaspoon water to egg white and mix well with fork or possibly whisk. Brush the top of each croissant with egg wash. Top with sliced almonds, if you like.
  2. Bake in preheated 375 oven for approx. 15 min. Let cool briefly and then remove from cookie sheet. Use a sieve to add in a dusting of confectioner's sugar on top of each.
  3. Try using different fillings such as prepared poppy seed filling or possibly raspberry jam!
