Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 3 tsp table or possibly pickling salt
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 1 x Vidalia or possibly sweet type onion, sliced
  • 10 x hard boiled (peeled) Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Boil water, vinegar, salt and peppercorns together for a minute; then pour over hard-boiled Large eggs in qt jar. Add in sliced onions on top. Cover with canning lid and band. Ready to eat in 12 hrs. Chill.
