Receta Simple Sauteed Zucchini

- Cut the ends off the zucchini. If the zucchini are small in diameter, leave them whole. If large, cut them in half lengthwise. Slice the zucchini paper-thin, using the slicing blade of a grater or possibly a mandoline.
- Mash the garlic in the salt till dissolved to a paste.
- Heat the butter and oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in the garlic and onion and cook till the onion is tender, 5 min. Add in the zucchini slices and cook till tender, stirring as needed to cook proportionately, 6 to 8 min. Sprinkle with pepper, if you like.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
