Receta Simple Sesame Green Beans
I realize that 5 stars is an awfully high rating for such a simple dish. But honestly, I end up eating a pound of green beans every time I make them this way. They end up so tender, and I love the simple flavor created by the sesame seeds and by steaming them in the broth. Depending on what I'm serving them with, I decide whether or not to include the red pepper sauce. You can always serve it on the side if you're not sure how spicy you want them. Enjoy!

- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Add sesame seeds, and when they start to darken after 30-60 seconds, stir in the green beans. Cook, stirring, until the beans turn bright green.
- Pour in chicken broth, fish sauce or salt, black pepper and/or red pepper to taste. Cover and cook until beans are tender but crisp, about 10 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates.
