Receta Simple Vegetable Curry
This Simple Vegetable Curry is really very simple to cook and healthy too. The curry sauce was full of vegetable flavour with only vegetable stock, curry powder, coconut milk and garlic were used. It is not very spicy just mild yet delicious to serve with hot rice. I was so happy to be able to clear my fridge and used up all my leftovers :D
