Ingredientes

  •     butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 2 1/2 c. tomato juice, low sodium
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 2 c. diced carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. diced unpeeled zucchini
  • 3 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 c. (16-oz can) minced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 Tbsp. pourable Splenda or possibly Sugar Twin not aspartame
  • 2 tsp dry parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Lightly coat a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. Add in the tomato juice and water and stir to combine. Stir in onion, carrots, zucchini and cabbage. Add in undrained tomatoes, Splenda, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs. Mix well before serving.

  3. NOTES : Sugar notes: Splenda and Sugar Twin are JoAnna's best choices for sugar substitutes. They measure like sugar and you can cook and bake with them. In recipes which Do not Require Heat, Aspartame (nutrasweet/equal) works well in uncooked dishes but leaves an aftertaste in baked products.
