Sirloin Tip Roast

Ingredientes

  • 4 pound sirloin tip roast
  • 1/4 teaspoon each: salt, pepper
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 lg. onion, grated
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Tear sheet of foil to wrap and seal roast.
  2. Put roast in center. Season with salt, pepper.
  3. Mix vegetables and zest together and pat onto meat.
  4. Seal foil around meat using double folds.
  5. Carefully place package in shallow baking pan.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 3 hrs or until done to your liking.
  7. Open foil. Remove roast to serving platter.
  8. Pour meat juices into small pan. Add in lowfat sour cream and reheat. Don't boil.
