Sirloin Tips

Ingredientes

2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. can mushrooms, don't drain
2 c. water
3/4 c. dry sherry

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
6 beef bouillon cubes
4-5 pound sirloin, cut into cubes

Direcciones

Sear tips in butter till browned lightly. Add in other ingredients and simmer till tender. You may need to add in some water.
