Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 lg. can mushrooms, don't drain
- 2 c. water
- 3/4 c. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- 4-5 pound sirloin, cut into cubes
Direcciones
- Sear tips in butter till browned lightly. Add in other ingredients and simmer till tender. You may need to add in some water.
