Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. shortening
  • 2 pound beef sirloin tips (cubed)
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can beef consomme
  • 1/2 c. red burgundy wine
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 c. warm cooked rice or possibly noodles

Direcciones

  1. Brown cubed meat in oil. Stir in wine and seasonings. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Blend cornstarch and water. Stir into meat mix. Stir constantly till thickened. Season to taste. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
