Ingredientes

  • 3 avocados (peeled and pitted)
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (15/16 ounce.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shreded
  • 3 c. tomatoes, minced fine
  • 5 green onions, white and green parts, sliced
  • 1/2 c. black olives, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Layer One: Mash avocados and mix well with lemon juice; spread in bottom of casserole dish.
  2. Layer Two: Beat cream cheese till smooth. Blend in lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning, mix well. Spread over avocado mix.
  3. Layer Three: Sprinkle cheese over layer two.
  4. Layer Four: Sprinkle tomatoes over layer three.
  5. Layer Five: Spread onions over layer four.
  6. Layer Six: Top with black olives. Serve at room temperature. Yields approximately 10 1/2 c..
