Ingredientes

  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 5 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. minced nuts, optional
  • 2 c. dates, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 c. All-Bran cereal
  • 1 c. shortening or possibly oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 2 c. 40% bran flakes

Direcciones

  1. Mix boiling water and baking soda; set aside and let cold. Cream together shortening, sugar and Large eggs using a large bowl or possibly pan. Add in other ingredients and mix. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
  2. This may be mixed and will keep in tightly covered container in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
