Receta Skewered Honey Lemon Chicken And Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. safflower oil
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. scotch
- Salt and pepper
- 2 lg. lemons, sliced
- 8 boneless breast halves, cut in chunks
- 24 lg. mushrooms
- 12 lg. green onions
- 2 lg. peppers
- 1 lg. red pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all marinade ingredients for 3 seconds in food processor. Marinate with all vegetables, lemons and chicken 6 hrs. Thread on skewers and grill or possibly broil 12 min (3 min/side).
